Many patients come to us seeking help with rejuvenating their appearance or correcting any imperfections that may be affecting their confidence and lifestyle. We aim to perform our facial and neck surgery procedures in the most minimally invasive way possible to enable patients to return to work and social events quickly post-procedure without excessive downtime.
Our priority is to ensure a service of outstanding care, medical expertise, excellent customer service and honest advice. Patients will be offered a consultation with a surgeon of their request or one that we feel would be best suited to them. Consultations are your time to find out more about the procedure, ask any questions or bring up any concerns as well as for the surgeon to assess you and decide which treatment is going to be most appropriate based on your expectations.
Following on from a consultation, all patients at The Private Clinic are assigned to a dedicated patient advisor. This is your main contact and they will guide you through your surgical journey providing help and support where required both pre and post operatively.

Eyebag Removal / Eyelid Surgery / Blepharoplasty
Patients who are suffering with sagging, hooded eyelids or puffiness in the eye area are most suitable for a blepharoplasty procedure. Surgical blepharoplasty is a simple procedure that can remove/reduce or reposition excess skin around the eyes resulting in a naturally rejuvenated and fresher face.
The face as one of the most exposed areas of our body is often the first place to show signs of ageing. A facelift is often the best option for providing overall rejuvenation but there are many types of facelift procedures including a full, mini, brow and mid facelift and which one most suitable for you will depend on which area you wish to target.
As we start to age, the skin along the jawline and neck can begin to lose its elasticity resulting in sagging and wrinkles becoming more prominent. A neck lift procedure can provide patients with a lift to the area which helps to reduce sagging and wrinkles resulting in a much smoother and youthful appearance.
One Stitch Facelift
Our one stitch facelift and temporal facelift are both minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedures that can give the appearance of a facelift without the downtime. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic and there is a low risk of swelling and bruising meaning that many patients are able to return to work and attend social activities relatively quicker than compared to a full surgical facelift procedure.
Rhinoplasty / Preservation Rhinoplasty
A rhinoplasty procedure is designed to correct and reconstruct the shape of the nose to not only provide a more aesthetically pleasing appearance but it can also help to restore nasal functions and correct a deviated septum. At The Private Clinic we also offer the Preservation Rhinoplasty procedure with our expert consultant plastic surgeon which can dramatically reduce the swelling and bruising post-surgery allowing patients to return to everyday activities much quicker than those recovering from a traditional rhinoplasty procedure.
Ear Reshaping / Pinnaplasty / Otoplasty
Ears that are large or protruding can severely impact on a patient’s confidence and if often associated with discomfort too. An otoplasty is a surgical procedure that can resize, reshape, reposition and/or hold back the ears.
Chin augmentation surgery is performed to provide a refinement or improvement to the natural contour of the face. An under chin can impact the natural balance of the face. A chin augmentation can help restore a more evenly proportioned face by inserting a chin implant which will help to better define the jawline.
Tribal Earlobe Correction
A tribal earlobe piercing involves stretching the earlobe to an oversized hole which is then accessorised with jewellery. Tribal or stretched earlobe correction is common for patients who wish to reverse the oversized appearance of their earlobes for aesthetic reasons or career requirements.
Split Earlobe Correction
Damage to the earlobes is common especially for those who wear larger earrings which may get caught on clothing or are grabbed by young children. A split in the earlobe can occur after trauma and this can either tear the lobe or elongate the appearance making it difficult to wear earrings. Split ear correction is performed under local anaesthetic and help restore the earlobe where overtime, you will be able to return to wearing earrings again.
Fat Transfer to the Face
Ageing can cause a dramatic loss in natural fat and volume in the face, particularly from the mid and lower regions. This can cause an overall sunken appearance to the face often causing patients to look older than they actually are. Facial fat transfer can be performed to restore fat back into the face to help lift and rejuvenate the area.
