Mr Maisam Fazel is keen to always deliver the best results for his patients and is one of few surgeons to offer the option of B-Lite implants which are much lighter in weight than traditional breast implants. The B-Lite implant is ideal for patients who may have slightly thicker skin, a history of developing stretchmarks or patients who are considering a combined uplift with their breast enlargement procedure.
