About Dr Fabio Castiglione

Dr Fabio Castiglione is a leading expert in male sexual dysfunction and male fertility.

Dr Castiglione earned his medical degree and specialised in Urology at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan. He received his PhD in stem cells and erectile dysfunction at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.

Renowned for his clinical skills, Dr Castiglione is a pioneer in regenerative medicine for male sexual diseases. He published the first studies on stem cells and PRP for Peyronie’s disease and invented P-Shocks, an innovative non-surgical protocol for treating Peyronie’s disease and erectile dysfunction. Dr Castiglione performed the first stem cell transplant in India to treat human urethral strictures.

He is a Consultant Andrologist at King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, the director and founder of the Holistic Andrology Clinic in London, a Full Professor in Urology in Italy, an Associate Professor at University College London, and a Reader at King’s College.

In 2023, he received the Rising Star Award from the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM) for the best emerging andrologist in the international arena, and he was awarded the Excellence Award 2022 from the European Society for Sexual Medicine. Additionally, Dr Castiglione has been recognised as a Prostate Cancer UK Champion by the UK’s largest prostate cancer prevention association, Prostate Cancer UK.

In 2022 Dr Castiglione developed the regenerative therapeutic protocol P-Shock® to treat erectile dysfunction and Le Peyronie’s disease (penile curvature).
