Following government advice on social distancing due to COVID-19 and mounting difficulties of staff commuting into clinics, we feel it is in our patients’ and staff’s best interests to temporarily close the private clinics for the time being.
We know some of you were upset to have your treatment cancelled at a short notice and we apologise for any inconvenience caused at what is already a difficult time for everyone.
We will be contacting you individually over the next days to discuss further and reorganise your treatment. Please note, if you have already been contacted regarding changes to your appointment as a result of these measures you do not need to contact us.
Despite the clinics being closed to the public, please be reassured that we will continue to provide you with the after care required following your procedure. You will be able to reach us via phone and email and, should it be required, we will still be able to organise a follow up in person with your surgeon or nurse.

For any new enquiries, our patients coordinators and phone agents will be able to assist as per usual, and can provide you with an over the phone consultation, should you wish to have one, as they will continue to work remotely. Please contact the call centre on 0333 920 3643
During this period of closure, The Private Clinic is engaging with the NHS to make available our medical resources and facilities, to support our healthcare system in the fight against the Coronavirus. We are deeply proud of our doctors and nurses and we are ready to assist anyway we can.
Please be assured that The Private Clinic is following robust medical practises. Our Chief Medical Officer and clinical teams are closely monitoring the situation and we will continue to update this page if and when our advice changes.
Please note we do not offer testing for Coronavirus/COVID-19.
