How does the treatment work?
ArmÉlan combines two advanced technologies in a single procedure.
Vaser uses ultrasound energy to selectively break down fat cells, allowing precise debulking and sculpting of the upper arms while preserving important tissues. This enables improved contouring around the upper arm musculature and shoulder junction.
Renuvion uses helium plasma and radiofrequency energy to contract the skin and underlying tissues. This encourages the skin to retract towards the muscle, improving firmness and reducing laxity without the need for large incisions in suitable patients.
