Clinic Details 

The consultation room is a 14 minute drive from Eastleigh, a 21 minute drive from Winchester, a 33 minute drive from Portsmouth, and a 58 minute drive from Bournemouth. There are regular trains from Southampton station to other parts of Hampshire and Dorset, and there are several bus stops down the road from the consulting room. Parking is available on either Kinds Park Road, situated opposite Optimax or in Grosvenor Car Park, Bedford Place.

I was very sceptical (even scared) about having the dermapen procedure given that I scar very easily. However, Emma really empowered me to make an informed decision by competently addressing all my queries (as a doctor myself, I came in armed with questions!) and managing my expectations realistically, which is something I really valued in retrospect following my first session. I already noticed a positive change to my skin 3 days after the first session (I was told it would take 6 weeks!) and my friends at work noticed it from day 2 itself.
