The next generation in cosmetic surgery promises a six-pack under three hours.

There was a time when having your insides sucked out through a straw was the very height of fashion.
That the fat would come back looking like cottage cheese only months later was just one of the many pitfalls attached to bog standard liposuction.
Today, however, we have faro more advanced technologies with which to fightnature/gravity/gluttony.
The most recent, and arguably most impressive, is VASER Hi Def, a pioneering invasive procedure that’s taken the US by storm with the promise of completely redefining body shape with minimal downtime.
Rather than simply ‘debulk’ areas, the procedure literally sculpts specific fat pockets, carving around muscle groups to create a highly-defined six pack.
Fat is emulsified with a VASER (Vibration Amplification Sound Energy at Resonance) wand via a small-and, crucially, hidden incisions, allowing it to be moulded much like Play-Doh Sexy.
Naturally, the success of the treatment depends very much on the surgeon’s handiwork but Mike Comins of The Private Clinic, the second doctor in Europe qualified to perform the op (so far), already has a series of smug-looking patients on his books.
VASER Hi-Def comes as good news for those who’ve slogged it out at the gym but are still left with those stubborn last lbs. “That’s the fat that is the hardest to work off during exercise”, says Dr. Comins, “If a patient is majorly overweight they should lose weight first – the procedure is not designed to remove large quantities of fat.
