Ronaldo had liposuction. Rotund Brazilian striker loses weight the cheaters’ way
Brazilian soccer superstar Ronaldo got a surgery Wednesday to fix two broken bones of his left wrist and he also got a liposuction of 700 milliliters of fat in his abdomen, sports website “GloboEsporte” said Thursday.
According to GloboEsporte, Ronaldo was planning to have the liposuction in December after the local soccer league championship, but when he broke two bones of his right wrist during a match against Palmeiras, he decided to forward the surgery.
According to GloboEsport the procedure lasted less than one hour and it was done in Sao Luiz Hospital in Sao Paulo, short before the wrist surgery.
Ronaldo has suffered weight problems in the last months after he spent more than one year without playing due to an injury.
According to declarations attribute to the surgeons, Ronaldo’s liposuction will not be visible but it will allow him more freedom of movement in the field.
It is expected that Ronaldo returns training in one week.
