To smooth out lines and wrinkles and
restore lost volume
Restylane
This is especially popular amongst smokers or ex-smokers who, over time, have developed
fine lines around the lip area. Restylane is a natural substance which can be injected in
to the skin in tiny amounts to plump out fine lines. It is then naturally broken down by
the body.
Sculptra
Sculptra is ideal for those wanting to achieve long-lasting anti-ageing results to the
whole face without having to go under the knife. It can be used for folds and lines around
the nose and mouth, deep wrinkles and scars and sunken cheeks, with the effects lasting up
to three years.
Botox
Is one of the most popular non-invasive anti-ageing treatments in the UK. It is usually
used on the upper third of the face to tackle frown lines, forehead creases and
crows’ feet around the eyes.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are used for treating naso labial lines, lines in the corners of the mouth,
hollow or sunken cheeks as well as to enhance the lips. They range from temporary, lasting
up to 6 months, to semi-permanent, lasting up to 3 years. At the Private Clinic we use
Restylane, Restylane Vital, Perlane and Sculptra.
Perlane
Perlane can be used to plump up the cheek and chin area, to restore facial contour and to
correct deep folds in the skin. The subtle effects can be seen immediately and last for up
to nine months.
For a smoother, more even skin tone
Pixel Skin Resurfacing
Can be used to improve skin texture and tone, smooth out wrinkles and lessen the
appearance of sun spots. A laser is used to remove skin imperfections and to stimulate the
growth of new, healthy skin tissue to grow in its place.
CoolGlide Vein Therapy
Can be used to treat small facial veins, thread veins and deeper blue leg veins. It is
safe and effective, involves no downtime and can be used on all skin types, including
black and Asian skin. It works by delivering pulses of light energy into the vein which
diverts the blood flow to veins deeper below the skin’s surface.
Chemical Peels
Can be used to treat pigmentation, melasma and sun spots. There are various types of
chemical peels available at the clinic, and our expert practitioners will advise as to
which one is right for you.
Vasculight
Is a light treatment specifically designed to improve the colour and texture of the skin
and can be used to treat rosacea, age spots, pigmentation, sun spots, birthmarks, port
wine stains and hyper pigmentation. Vasculight is performed using an intense pulsed light
technology and/or laser.
Microdermabrasion
Is a very simple treatment perfect for rejuvenating dull, oily, blotchy or sun-damaged
skin. It can also be used to improve the appearance of enlarged pores and fine lines.
During the treatment a jet of micro crystals are applied to the face and then vacuumed up
with a handpiece which removes the dead and damaged cells.
