If Monday mornings weren’t bad enough, we’re left with the tainted taste of yesterday’s performance. For those who don’t know, England’s defeat against Germany, enough said.
So I leave for Bali in under 2 weeks, not that I’m counting, and I have just had a pre holiday body panic! Argh, I haven’t left enough time to complete my hair removal course, I’m going to have to get over a few dimples as I have no time to go to the gym (unless I just book myself in for a few sessions of velashape) and its all due to our new Leeds clinic opening on 1st July! Exciting yes, but so much to do.
New clinic openings are, to say the least, stressful. If you take a look at the pictures below they were only taken a couple of weeks ago – looks a mess, I’m not quite sure how its all going to come together, but it always does! Chrissie and Roisin always pull it together well, which leaves me to the launch itself. I suddenly get the all too familiar feeling of butterflies in my tummy. Although I can quietly say I am confident about the ad campaigns, and all the pre-buzz activity that is going on, it still doesn’t mean the launch day itself will be a success. What if guests pull out at the last minute? What if the clinic still looks like it does below?! Where do we take the celebrities, journalists and guests…to the street? Luckily there is the gorgeous Park Square outside the clinic, a last minute back up plan, but I’m reassured we will be fine. I’ll keep you posted of the development over the remaining days and I can promise one thing, it will be stunning and the people of Yorkshire will be very thankful when we finally arrive. The Leeds clinic has a lot to offer, have a look here http://www.theprivateclinic.co.uk/leeds-new-clinic.
Here’s to the launch on Thursday and Bali count down!
